The result of the bathroom scale doesn’t give any information about how much muscle and fat are in my body. It doesn’t even tell if my hydration state is adequate or not; a BIA test, instead, can give me all this information:
- Overweight people will be able to understand if their diet and lifestyle makes them really lose fat or makes them lose muscle;
- Sportspeople will be able to evaluate their body composition and how it’s connected with their athletic performance;
- Food sensitive people will be able to check, through the decrease of their water retention, that the nutritional anti-inflammatory strategy really works.
