Dr. Tatiana Gaudimonte graduated with a Master degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Milan and obtained a nutritionist diploma in Zurich, where she works as a therapist recognized by the Swiss Association for Complementary Medicine (ASCA). She completed her scientific education by approaching and specializing in the “Diet GIFT” or “Signal Diet” method, which was designed by the Italian medical doctor Dr. Luca Speciani; this approach aims to the health of the individual at 360° and weight loss, where necessary, is a natural consequence of recovering health and well-being.
She writes articles on nutrition and wellness in Italian and Swiss magazines and websites and offers individual or familiar nutritional advice and food education. The body composition analysis through vectorial impedenziometric analysis (BIVA) is a key element of the counseling, in order to check results in a solid scientific, measurable way.
It organizes seminars and courses on request for schools, fitness studios and companies.
